My Happily Ever After was turning into a living nightmare…

All I wanted was Harper’s happiness and I would move the world to give her anything she ever wanted. We’ve searched for answers, talked about our options, and finally—FINALLY—found hope.

Yet, just when things seemed to be perfect, it all came crashing down around us all. The one person I’ve always counted on to hold us together—to hold me together—was lost in her own nightmares and I felt like I was losing everything.

I wasn’t going to lose the woman I loved. I would hold onto her until the last breath left my body. It was my mistakes that were hurting us and I would be the one to fix it. I wouldn’t let my past ruin my forever with Harper.

What I Thought

So before starting Forever Rockers, I decided to read the WHOLE series all over again. I’m so glad I did as not only did I thoroughly enjoy my re-read, It linked up some parts of Forever Rockers for me, for example, Shane and Harper’s bus getting trashed and their dog being hurt and Mia’s attempted kidnap that led to Gabriella being shot! Forever Rockers follows on with the stalker vowing revenge on Emmie, Harper and even Gabriella and to make their lives a misery. All to gain the affections of Shane. Just who that stalker is kept me on pins throughout the whole book!

Shane and Harper have it rough. Harper just wants to give Shane a family. With all her friends settling down around her and producing child after child so easily, it is heartbreaking for her. Shane just can’t get Harper to believe that as long as he has her he is happy. That he doesn’t need anything else. Shane understands though, that ultimately, a child of her own is the only thing that will make Harper truly complete.

Emmie has found them one last chance, a fertility doctor in Germany. After seeing endless amounts of fertility doctors, Shane and Harper try not to get hopeful about anything they might hear. This is easier said than done when the doctor explains a new hormone treatment that he has been working on. With it having a very low success rate, Shane is super skeptical but he can see it gives Harper that glimmer of hope and knows all he can do is be there to support her, knowing she will be devasted and depressed if nothing comes from it. The doctor cautions Harper though that any stress will decrease her chances of being caught pregnant.

Well with a stalker on the loose, not knowing when they will next strike, being one of the most hated females in the world after taking Shane off the market, her fertility issues being leaked to the public and a father that has never really wanted anything to do with her making contact because he is terminally ill, how do you not become stressed out? Is a baby just not meant to be for Shane and Harper and just who is that damn stalker??!!

A slightly shorter recap here for you as I don’t want to give to much away. This story is filled to the brim. With it having points of view from all of Demons Wings, their ladies and Axton from Otherworld there is plenty going on. It was great to read from such a mixed point of view, to be able to get insight into what is going on with all the other couples we have seen coming together, despite it being Shane and Harper’s story. I have LOVED every single character we have read about in all of the books from this series. Terri Anne Browning has been consistent in her writing with every book being amazing and entertaining and Forever Rockers was no exception. We had heartache, love, action, twists, heart in your mouth moments and happy ever afters. It was a brilliant, albeit bittersweet ending to this awesome series.

Forever Rockers shows just how close all the characters of this series are, therefore allowing us to see how the stalkers actions encompases them all. They hurt so badly for each other, even if they are not directly involved. Even more so, I love how the Demons Wings and Otherworld guys are so protective of their families. It’s so alpha but also if possible, so gooey. The big bad rockers aren’t afraid to show their love for their women.

Terri Anne’s writing helps you connect to the charactes from the very first page of the very first book and helps you stay connected right through from book #1 to #12. The writing is descriptive and captivating and you can easily picture the characters in your head. Feel their feelings as you read on and imagine the story as it happens as if you are right there. You are just gripped from the very start and you are able to experience each characters growth as they move from singleton, to being in love, to marriage and children, to having priorites.

A series full of alpha hot men, beautiful women (who are the ones that really wear the pants in the relationships 😉 ), adorable children, plenty of sexy times, action, drama, heartache, fights, happiness, soulmates, basically the list goes on and on and on…………..but Forever Rockers is a perfect ending, a highly satisfying sign off to the worlds of these super hot rockers.
